I don&#8217;t see hawkweed here in NJ although the USDA says it o<a href=\"https:\/\/www.somewhereinnj.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/03\/loitering.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; CURSOR: hand\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.somewhereinnj.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/03\/loitering-300x207.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>ccurs in some northwestern and southern counties of the state. It&#8217;s a non-native, but well-loved wildflower, and is considered a noxious and invasive weed in many states. But it is beautiful, don&#8217;t you agree?<\/span> <\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\"><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\"><\/span> <\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\"><\/span> <\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\">We visit this country road each year on our way to Lake Placid and usually stand around for a bit looking for bobolinks, I think.
